• By providing your phone number to your healthcare provider, you consent to receive SMS messages from Acutis Diagnostics related to scheduling and confirming your specimen collection appointments. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.  

By opting in, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided

• You consent to receiving SMS messages from Acutis Diagnostics, Inc.

• Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of receiving care

Message frequency varies based on your care needs and interactions.  You may receive approximately 5 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.  Check with your wireless provider for details.
